It converts PLC supply power to the power of grating ruler reading data-part,and converts the output signal of grating ruler reading data-part to  the electrical level of PLC that need, so that can  achieve precision displacement  measurement  and full closed loop control.The adapter has very high ability to suppress interference.Wires between adapter and PLC should be short as much as possible,and the differential signals output should be choosed for the grating ruler reading-data part.
